 Continuing Catechism
Whether you are a long-practicing Catholic, a Catholic who has recently come back to the faith, or a Catholic in need of Confirmation or first Communion, these classes are for you!

Continuing Education:  No one is able to understand all the mysteries of God, but we can approach Him by learning more about the Truth.  The Catholic Church is a religion of the Truth (remember: Jesus called himself the Truth), and the Truth is revealed to us in Sacred Scripture (the Bible).  The Church's teachings are based in the Scriptures and are incredibly important in living a Christian life.  Come to the classes to 'round out' your practice of the faith with a holy knowledge and understanding of it.  The classes are open to anyone, and pre-registration is NOT required--just show up!

Returning to the Catholic faith:  If you have recently come back to the Catholic faith, or desire to do so, please speak directly with a priest.  Often, a good confession will suffice to be reunited with your faith.  It is also good to attend a 'refresher' course to remind you of what you are gaining back.

In need of Confirmation or first Communion: In order to receive Confirmation or first Communion, a Catholic should be sufficiently prepared, both in spirit and in understanding.  The adult catechism classes will help in the preparation for receiving Confirmation or first Communion.

If you are a Catholic in need of Confirmation or first Communion, please contact a priest directly.
